I made a pair of jack handles for the MKT. Thanks to SCSG-G4 for some info and sizes. They turned out real nice.

These two are M149 or M149A1's I'm not sure what the top one is. The axle , tank , fenders , jack are NOT from the M149A2. Maybe some one else??

OK, I just double checked the TM 9-2330-267-14&P dated July1991 page 2-19 and 2-20. It tells you and shows how to use the bracket to mount the M67 immersion heater in the man hole. Here are some pic of the bracket.

There on the frame is where you store it until you need it for the heater.

I see what your problem is, your trailer does not have the 4 mounting blocks on the frame. Here are the pic's of mine. They are threaded for the bolts to hold the chiller frame to the trailer frame.

I've always used mineral spirits also. OPPS now that I see BILL W's post, I'm thinking it was naptha that I used.
