HMMWV seats or LMTV?
I wouldn’t cut it out either. I have really nice caravan seats that I wanted to install but after I tried I didn’t think they fit and you would need to cut 3” out of the seat bottoms to make them fit right. I will get new oem seats and might dye them black. -

The b-pillar behind the drivers seat will keep you from reclining unless you are really short. Best seats for Humvee are the ones they came with. You can get new ones from Mac Motors for 325.00 each I think. -

Green cap pulls off and bulb is underneath, push and twist bulb out. I changed my bulb and it still doesn’t work, took it apart and clean the contacts and put a new bulb in it and it still doesn’t work. Let me know if a bulb fixes yours. I have M1123 also -

I need to check but I believe my 2002 M1123 has 506 in the valley of the block. I have the GEP sticker on the valve cover and the engine hasn’t been replaced. -
2003 M1123 Power steering refill.
That clamp is like a V-Band clamp and you might need to take the bolt out to get it off. It’s pretty easy to get the clamp on wrong when you put it back on. There is a filter inside also -

Where did you get your truck lights from? You can wetsand your lens with 3,000 and polish them to look like new.
