Parts truck! I don’t understand why it has been so cannibalized. Looks like a really nice truck but WTF everything is missing. 6,800 I think is on the fence repair or part out. I would move on personally because I’m a half full type person and that doesn’t go well for me normally
I see the reason for the not so smart box. Everyone has a different idea of what is right but everyone can see a light go out. You are right I have seen people just cold start with no regards for the light. I like Camo’s stuff a lot and the plaque is amazing

I would imagine that it got the twist from the same way I described to get rid of it. How else would it get twisted? I have seen new hinges for sale on one of the big suppliers Mac, AM General, Hummer parts guy. Taking it apart isn’t a bad way to fix it and it will probably turn out better...
I would take the twist out while it was on the truck. I would hook the chain on the good side and leave it off the other side and put some ass on it until it comes out. Probably set it on 2x4 while on the ground to get the center bow out. I can’t tell how bad it is from the pics

Don’t give up. Maybe loose connection on back of gauge? Mine didn’t work at all and I had to replace the sending unit and it was pretty easy with the access door there. Has to be that valve that is not letting water in.
It has the procedure in the TM. I was trying to get mine off also. I was able to get the one nut off but I couldn’t get the smaller one off. It shows to clamp the pulley in a vise and I didn’t want to remove the beast. My pulley was not the issue and I’m glad I didn’t remove it.
Were you able to get that rail to lay flat on the B-pillar? I couldn’t get mine to lay flat and it interfered with my xdoor seal and it didn’t want to close like it should.
