Thanks Crusher.
WM, That paintball (at least one of them) is up here by me. About 8 miles from me or so. I took a picture of their billboard and posted I think. They have several.
Yeah, that's what I hear happens every fall. In the summer, like I said, I don't see them doing that after 9PM. There are too many campers that would need access to the toilets and not being able to get out in an emergency would be a huge liability issue.
Hence the reason I pointed out it will take more than one call. Although one call to a lawyer and have them check it out is actually good advice from elkhtr.
For a change I would say take the advice from the Internet. Pay a lawyer to research it for you. They give you advice and screw it up...

Amateur Radio Clubs
Anoka County Radio Club & Emergency Services (Minnesota)

Oh yeah, nice truck.

Sorry to break it to you but that simply isn't true. You can say some state require a CDL but not all do. In Ohio it is for commercial use. I have posted and posted the exemptions FOR OHIO only. Your mileage will vary.
I feel that way after driving my Wife's Jaguar but that isn't a problem now since I broke a bolt changing the serpentine belt and it sits in the driveway slowly fading away.
