With the master (battery) switch unpluged it still does it. The solenoid in the control box? If it was stuck would it not show that when I checked the box on the bench? I was thinking that too. I have the wiring diagram and I going to try checking the control box some more.

One of my truck was missinr the MSR and the start switch. I put in a switch that I had and it has worked fine for years. But thats just my $0.02.

Well I found a faucet box and a NOS clamp type air chamber for the brakes on epay. Also found a set of 4 snubbing washer for mounting the tank to the frame. Maybe I will find all the part to put it back together.

Ture BUT you need the GPM at the PSI. If you pump puts out 10 GPM @ 2000psi and you pump needs 15 GPM @ 2000psi you are not going to get the full pull.
