I don't see where this was actually clearly addressed. The M103 is the nomenclature for that type chassis. With a specific type cargo bed on it, it becomes an M105, (or less commonly, with a different bed, an M104). It is not unusual to have the data plate say M103 on an M105 trailer. Same...

V300/600 is entirely possible, there were several turret options for those, including some big ones! Yes, definitely Cad-Gage. I wasn't clear above, the 10237 in the part number indicates Cadillac Gage, so even if their logo hadn't been on the tag, you could still identify it as theirs. Cheers

The mood struck me today, so I uncovered the markings on my HSTRU trailer. It was marked- 1CAV 615ASB HSC832T JDTZ0 D0015. So it belonged to the HSC (headquarters supply company), 615th Aviation Support Battalion, of the 1st Cav on Ft Hood. Cheers

That is definitely not a V100 part. Everything in the V100 is manual (ie hand cranked). As NDT said, it is from an armoured vehicle, probably a tank. Cadillac Gage make turret control systems for tanks, etc., amongst other neat stuff. I did a quick search on the part #, didn't get anything...

That Novus 2 is great stuff. I initially started using it to clean up the lenses on light bars some 25 years ago, then tried it on MV tail lights, works like a charm. Cheers
