I know the 14.00-20's do well in sand. So the M923a1 and M923A2 will do fine. But a M923 with 11.00-20's will not do well.

I would think you have to get a title before you can get a tag.

I would just get two group 27;'s or group 31's for your truck. The 6tl batteries that come in the truck cost way to much.

I have a friend that has a Navy M923A1 and it has lockers in it. There is a data plate on the door about them.
You sure can tell it has lockers when your turning also.

BUT, If the turn signal works, I am thinking it maybe the turn signal switch on the steering column.
Take it apart and clean it lube it with some dielectric. grease.
I think the stop light runs thought the turn signal switch, but I am not sure...
If you can get one and 1" feet and Pins that would be great, if not that is ok also.

Make sure the transfer case is in Neutral and as you are trying to move the PTO into gear you may have to move the transfer case lever up and down a little.
The M936 Transfer cases were used a lot and are not as tight as on other trucks.
