Your bearings my have the grease washed out of them from the gear oil.

If it does not say fluids drained it should be ok. But I would take some fluids if things are low.
But you do have to add them off the base (just outside get is ok).

WOW that does not sound good.
I would jack up the front axle and turn the wheels and see if you can feel anything when turning the wheels by hand.
Try both sides and see if a wheel bearing has gone out. If you do not feel anything with the wheel bearings I would think it
maybe the pumpkin...
