Its clear that you can not regulate AC Volts. You volt regulator is bad. You need a new/old style one, or a After Market VR. Just buy a new after market volt regulator and install it. It can not be hard. There are directions that come with it.

Ray, didnt you install an after market VR...
Look at all the lights on the Fault Indicator. Ignore the Short Circuit and Over peed lights. All the other lights represent functions that keep the L1, (Fuel shut off solenoid) from staying energized.
