Drivers side step storage to battery box conversion ?

I see no need for extra cranking power. I've started a deuce engine with little more than two small generator batteries before. You can put 4 in a deuce battery box if you really squeeze them in. Two group 31 batteries, or two 6tl's have more than enough cranking power to start a deuce. If he...

I told my wife about this, she said the best she would do is give me 50% of what she got at the scrap yard for what was already in the yard! Lucky fella!

what do you pull behind your 5 ton tractor?

I pulled many things behind my XM818 and my M915. I have hauled almost 1 million gallons of WVO in my M969 trailer, hauled untold numbers of trucks, scrap rail, and concrete crossties on my M270A1, and just got a M750 trailer to store all my spare parts in. I had a M127 lowboy too, hauled lots...

Are lights on a timer circuit when engine is not running?

Awesome, I can tell my wife tonight, that I was right for once! Glad you got it fixed, it is a little nerve wracking to be driving down a two lane in the middle of the night and be plunged into darkness. Helps check for proper brake operation though!

    New from SC

Hey Dan, I live out in Hopkins, just to the SE of Columbia. If you want to dive in head first, come on out and we can go drive something. I'm actually doing a hauling job for a guy tomorrow morning if you're off work and want to tag along! Welcome Aboard! Infamous huh? Infamously crazy maybe.

You CAN change your info in the Member Map!

I just wanted to share this with everyone, as the member map says no edit button. Well, I found one! Just double click on your icon twice, and it will open up a page, where you can change your info, description, contact info, etc. Just wanted to put that out there, Drew, might want to explain...

    M915a1 voltage question

I had all the wires burn off the back of my stock plastic light switch. I've put LED headlights in now but prior to that, I moved all the circuits to a relay and put a new light switch in that only controls the relay. Never had melted wires again.

    AAA wrecker service in Iraq

So you can sun tan and rotate to stay with the sun all day. DUH! Thank him for his service, and ditto to you for raising a fine upstanding young man. I saw many of those wreckers sitting in Charleston, SC waiting to be shipped. Looked like very handy pieces of equipment!
