Yikes, I seen pics online of c-pillars and the welds looked pretty bad and poor quality part. Maybe they are Chinese knock offs or did you get the real thing? I had access to big industrial sheet metal shop and I still have some access. I’m hoping to get my roof done and doors and should be able...

How was your c-pillar? Mine is on the way now. Still don’t have a top and decided to hold off for awhile. I got new seats that I’m excited about and hopefully I will pick them up this weekend. Other stuff is trickling in.

How Slow is a 6.5 NA HMMWV Really?

Is it really that big of difference between 23 seconds and 18 seconds 0-60? If I’m going to swap I want a sub 6 seconds and I want to spin all 4 wheels. Probably better off with a Jeep if you are dead set on a swap. I have H2 with 38.5 and 4.88 gears and it runs really good but that being said...

How Slow is a 6.5 NA HMMWV Really?

I’m waiting also and I’m building it over and over in my mind while looking for parts that I know I want/need. I love the LS and I have one in my CJ project. The only swap that I would consider is the mechanical Cummins. What I love most about Hmmwv is that lack of computers and sensors. I’m not...

Should it be mandatory that new owners read the -10 manual before they take delivery??????????

Maybe some people are just looking to chat and connect with others and get opinions from others. The “10” doesn’t recommend what brand of dexron III to use if you want the really pink one. Myself I have almost zero interaction with anyone all day everyday and sometimes I just want to connect. I...

    6.5L Serpentine Belt Conversion

That’s awesome! It’s classic it’s a quirk of your vehicle nothing wrong with a pig stuck in a fence squeeling I think that’s how I met my first wife . I can’t find my glasses this morning so I’m not really sure what in typing

RIM CHANGEOUT (Paired 24 Stud) with Run-Flats

I just wish I had my vehicle to experience a blowout! Lol I hate to wait for anything!

    6.5L Serpentine Belt Conversion

Simpler question is why do you need to? I believe NASCAR still uses v-drive and It’s less likely to slip. I think if it came with serpentine belt great and if not cost doesn’t justify the gains. All you get is it’s easier to adjust belt? What are you looking for end result?

RIM CHANGEOUT (Paired 24 Stud) with Run-Flats

I have zero experience with the Hmmwv rim but I will tell you I think it’s a bad idea. 16.5 wheels have the least pronounced bead grove of all the wheels that I have personally seen. You don’t deflate so you might be ok. Very least I would personally do the pvc pipe. I’m a big fan of the rubber...

Other than lift kit this is my first hardparts I have ordered. Oh fuel gauge from Eriks. Mine doesn’t work don’t know if it’s the sending unit or gauge but I took a chance and I wanted to paint it and see how it would turn out. I thought lens would be glass. I like the speedhut stuff and was...

Yes. Only place I could find it all together. How long did it take to get it? I called in and ordered it from yoshi probably butchering his name to death but they still haven’t charged my debit card and he said like 2 weeks or something crazy. I don’t need it because I’m still waiting for...

New Supercharged and Intercooled HMMWV kits!

I understand cost issues for sure. It would really help clean up the angles. I have been looking for that fitting to replace the T but I can’t find one and I thought they made a fitting for everything. I appreciate your time and I’m still getting one.

I just ordered the C-Pillar, hardware, side rails and bows. 1,200 + 165 shipping. I think I paid too much but I don’t see many options available right now.

New Supercharged and Intercooled HMMWV kits!

That T fitting. If that was 90 degrees and out of the bottom wouldn’t that eliminate the 90 degree elbow and the fitting on the other side of the “T” ? I’m sure there must be a good reason why it’s the way it is

New Supercharged and Intercooled HMMWV kits!

Can we chat about one fitting on your cooling kit that drives me nuts? My ocd is keeping me from pulling the trigger.

    Locking fuel cap available?

You can use the security screws that have the tit in the middle of the torx head. Really doubt the cowards will take the time to remove them. When I get mine delivered I’m going to get a pitbull and chain it up in the back. I just haven’t figured out how to keep it from shitting inside my V. Lol

You really have to buy stuff when it becomes available whether you are ready for it or not. that’s what I have been trying to do for awhile now. I did reply to his quote and I told him that I expected it to be more than what Breton sold them for but not 1,200 more.

Oh what a difference a year makes. I guess they are trying to pay for all the tooling on the first run. I would be interested at 2,800 and that still seems high. I think I will just get the parts I want and make a hard top
