From a rebuild standpoint, the M939 are not actually rebuilt. I sent for a complete description of the actual recondition process and wasn't too impressed by what they do. To use the term rebuild couldn't be farther from the truth.
I'm going to try and make it! Won't be there too early as I'll have the family with me. Not sure when I'll get there, I've got a board meeting in West Olympia around 1300 hours. May try and it before or after the meeting.
Plus I'll be finally buying a M101A2 tomorrow morning as well.
It was common practice in the older deuces to put the headlights low in NON-winched trucks. Then around the early '70's they started relocated the headlights topside on ALL deuces.

Great looking truck. I know it'll be different from state to state, but my SF quoted me $33/month for a commercial policy for my M925A1. Since I don't use my MV for "work", I have them registered under their "Classical" Policy for a mere $22/6 months (or $3.66/month) for my M923 and M925A1. With...
Welcome aboard from the north! Do a search for "2013 VIN". There's a fellow SS by the handle CARNAC that can look up the VIN of your truck and provide you with year and the last Army Unit she was assigned to for a small donation.
