Yes, if you hook up the M931 to the emergency glad hand it should fill the truck and release the rear brakes or you can cage the rear brakes. But if you cage the brakes you need to be careful. Be sure to release the parking brake inside the m931 when you fill the truck with air.

If it is still using the airpack brake fluid switch it maybe that the switch has gone bad. Just short the two wires on the switch and see if the lights come on. If it is bad I would switch over to a air side switch. There are some tread here on SS about doing that.

I would change the tire if you have to drive very far. When changing the tire be sure to let all the air out first, then remove all the CTIS parts. Careful the tire is very Heavy about 425lbs. I picked up a m931A1 that had a flat tire and this is what the inside looked like.
