fsearls92, The thread is 1/8 npt and I did replace the vents. I did not on the M923, but when I do my M35A2 I will tie in the Transfer-case and Transmission. I used 5/16" tubing.

I had to replace some lines on my M923A1 that were damaged. The lines on the truck are all Nylon. They are easy to run and the fitting are easy to work with. I would go with Nylon.

(bolts that hold the wheel together) From what I have seen, is the ten bolt wheels on the M923A1 take the 5mm o-ring and the twenty bolt wheels take the 8mm o-ring. Also the ten bolt wheels on the M923A1 take the same o-ring as the M35A3 (5mm). Erik has them Rim O-Ring For Two Piece Rims on...

I use the John Deere 50/50 (Cool-Gard). Has worked well for me.

:ditto: That is what I did. I put the cutoff behind the passenger seat so I can fold down the seat and reach the cutoff.

I feel your pain, this is what GL did to my truck just moving it on there yard before I picked it up.

I have towed my 1000gal water trailer. It is about 10k. The Curt 15530 is rated at 18k lbs.

If you run into problems close to Phoenix. I am just north of I10 at mile maker #98 close to Tonopah, AZ. I towed a Deuce with a Deuce and got about 7mph with 50/50 wmo/diesel. But it is slow going up hills...........:driver: Good luck!!

I used the Curt 15530. The 15605 is a 2 1/2" receiver tube. The 15530 that I have is a 2".

Two group 31's or 27's will work fine.

The front brakes do not have spring brakes on them. I would try to get air from the Semi truck or get an air compressor to air the truck up or Cage the brakes. Good luck and be safe with the brakes gaged!!

Thanks for the info.[thumbzup] I guess the trans shaft is what I was trying to grease.

I went to grease my Throw out bearing and as it turns out the grease fitting is facing up.:-( Is there a way to rotate the bearing so the fitting is facing down with out pulling the trans? Thanks!!
