    LMTV Hitch Extension Kit installed!

I'll have to measure it in the morning, but these images are with it fully extended:

    LMTV's show me your WINCH

The thing to remember is that a winch rated the same weight at your truck is *still* going to need a snatch block system. Reason: the added resistance of being stuck will often exceed the capability of the winch So forget the SWR trucks, IMO. Far too over-priced for a winch not even rated to...

    Stick with that Sherpa.

    LMTV Hitch Extension Kit installed!

OEM (I assume) BAE military for the A1R's. This was the first truck I ever saw it on (2008 A1R M1079). The bits break down like this: I have no words to describe what holds it all together (other than it would hurt):

    LMTV Hitch Extension Kit installed!

I'm thinking that I might be able to mount it like most people do (using the four holes for the pintle). But there will be nothing below to help re-enforce it back to the lower frame like most do). That's what has me stumped. I was even thinking of just using pins to hold some sort of lower...

That drill is BADASS, too. :)

    LMTV Hitch Extension Kit installed!

Awesome and beefy ! I'm pondering how to add a civilian 2" receiver hitch to mine. The trick with that is the fact than mine extends (when the truck gets excited).

I have joined the club ! And yes I have lost my mine !

Did I miss what you are planning to do for the compressor mounts?

    Greaseable polyurethane sway bar bushings

Silly question, but why don't you make the uppers as well?

    Greaseable polyurethane sway bar bushings

Ah cool. I was unaware that the trailers used a different bushing. The ones on my '08 truck are still solid but the ones on my M1082 started to break down as soon as I went to recover it.

Dewey Battery Charging Aux Power Unit - Generator Head Swap

I did the head swap from 24v charger to 120/240v Northstar generator. I'm not in SCal though.

    3116, 3126, c7 Ac compressor?

Well that clarifies it then, I appreciate it. Looking at the image from the front I see now why I thought my old truck only had the one.

    3116, 3126, c7 Ac compressor?

Interesting. So the C7 compressor mount is the one in the first pic I posted above?

    3116, 3126, c7 Ac compressor?

This is what the bracket on my 3116 looked like: And this is what I *suspect* is the "second" bracket: How, if, or which goes on the C7 I can't say...

    3116, 3126, c7 Ac compressor?

I was told that they use the same bracket, but having owned a '98 w/3116 that had AC (driver-side mounting bracket) and now own a '08 w/C7 I do not see how the bracket from my old truck would work. I was even going to pull it to fab a replica. I seem to recall Scott Dewitt who sellsthe...

Our CTIS system are not really compatible with 3.07 gears

Not sure if it's the same, but I saw this one the other day. Says it's the 2019 version Linky

Our CTIS system are not really compatible with 3.07 gears

This is one of the easiest mods to do and saves a TON of wear on your tires.

    Crew Cab LMTV

The idea has been kicked around. As you said the cab lift system, the air-ride system, the cab leveling system, and the cab latching system all need to be addressed. I'm not aware of anyone that actually done it though. Like a lot of major mods, you'll have to re-engineer a good deal...

    LMTV picture w/odd wheels

No mud issues with mine so far. They are hard to find these days (or not worth the price asked for the few out there). I debated making some replicas out of fiberglass, but decided against it since they would just be cosmetic. I did share my solution for standoffs with a FB user who was...
