    Are the rear brakes actually applying at all? I remember having issues with wedge brakes when the shoes were worn, the drums worn and they were not properly adjusted.

    Pull the dust covers off and see if the brakes are properly adjusted. The dash valve could be bad. I would have to go throught the air diagram to see if the dash valve controls the spring brakes or is there a relay valve in the system that could be stuck. Drain the air tanks and start the...

    Has anyone converted a M1061 to dropside I was thinking about this last night. The bed is 14 feet long and 8 feet wide. How long and wide is the 5 ton bed? The duece bed is only 12 feet long so the sides would be a little short.

    My avitar shows my truck playing in the salt water but the rust is very minimal mostly a result of spay being kicked up by the fan. There is under coating every place and in some places that indicate it was put there before the factory assembled the truck.
