I did the same thing. Oh and Welcome! As far as the m35 is concerned anyone with a drivers liscense can operate it. The 939 series trucks will require you to get a cdl in Alabama. Although you can apply for a "non-commercial" commercial drivers license which you can use to operate it in AL, and...

Last night did a "major adjustment" on brakes. broke apart a FMTV wheel with my spare 395 then tried to break loose the 9-20 off my spare wheel. Well that didnt go well as my split ring tools (duck bill and bars) are in AL at the moment. Cant seem to find anyone here to bust it loose so it looks...

Cant hear mine either. So I know its a D but it held 55 through NC and VA on interstate 77 ( lots of hills) with 395's. Briefly I was hoping I might have had a LDS, but tag on HH is an LDT.

Had a very successful recovery with very few issues , leaking airline from rubbing against clamp , just cut it and put on a compression fitting clamp , and then we were off. Deuce had two oil leaks , one just misting at rear main , which turned to a drip then sealed itself , ( whew was worried...
