The lunette on the m101 does not swivel. The pintle hook on the trucks from 3/4 ton up swivel The only luentte that swivels is on the 1/4 ton trailer The pintle hook on the jeep is fixed.

You need to measure the distance from the flange where the wheel bolts too. Measure all three axles. If you are still not happy please return the truck to the us government

Is it registered in your state or the sellers state? If so then check to make sure the numbers match. In some states you can get a title from a bill of sale.

If all else fails just drop the trailer and get the forklift. It is amasing how fast you can spot a trailer with the forklift
