forget kw compare amps and remember the military gen set is rated at .80 not max like the civi ones. Now most of all ask a licensed electrician to check what you plan on doing , because you can kill yourself or a lineman or your whole family!

less money more truck, whats to think about? it closer and probaly better deal if you get a title with it. I am just a little bias to the bigger trucks :twisted: they ride better easy to get parts regular big truck stuff fits most.2cents
I dont know guys:twisted: how about a pair of Hawker Batteries and a solargizer and a Ultra capacitor sounds like you would have power even after 6 months of sitting? but oh so much money!
conductorx just read what all you want on your camper/truck, I would start with a M814 or other xlong wheelbase truck. The M820a2 come with a lift on back of some and will expand but are not long wheelbase you may have to make some compromises or not if you a big bankroll. Like your ideas I gave...
:twisted:OK lets start the line here but I have both a m1009 and a civi 6.2 blazer and the front springs are different the civi has 2 leaves and the 1009 has three. I will also tell you other parts as I find them like the inner fender and overflow bottle is different.

no put the switch on the main air line to the transmission NOT in the lines to the transfer case, and yes that cuts all the air so you get a disconnected front shaft:-D
