a ESC would be subordinate to a TSC in a major theater of operations, but not garrison or stateside normally. usually each Corps has a TSC (abnormal) or an ESC (normal) aligned to it. TSCs are normally aligned to GCCs like USAREUR or USEUCOM vs. XVIII Corps (which has 3rd ESC aligned to it)...
Part of what you fly will depend on how you rig. If you run it down to your pintle hitch, you probably want some lighter/smaller flags that will stay on the cable. If you just put a weight on the bottom of your line, you can probably run something bigger. Honestly, I wouldn't go larger than a...
you'd need a similar sized vehicle, and flat towing that distance is... well, I know I wouldn't recommend it. Good luck with the pickup. Remember that you need federally recognized ID to get onto base, No firearms, etc...
Do you have the organic ability to tow/haul this? I may be willing to help, but if you don't have the equipment it's not going to matter.
You said "SHIPANYCAR" is your mover... do they *KNOW* what you are asking them to haul?

I don't even know what that piece would be! haha.
I've posted a pic or two of LVAD cabs with radio antenna mounts on the lower part of the cab, aft of the door. See attached.
However, you'd want that antenna on the leading corner, so, bolted onto the bumper or similar would work too.
Your best bet is to get a set or two of the magnetic lights from Harbor Freight or similar and use your existing trailer light system to run those. Normal cars won't run 24v. Also, while there are adapters to run 12v lights in these, they can get expensive or similar. Just make sure you bring...
I no longer have access to the systems that I could answer your question. I'd recommend looking through previous VIN INFO THREADS and see if you can find one close. but it seems like you've already done some research, so I'd say you're GTG.
