Never seen one of those before. From the antenna protector above the antenna hole your truck was a TOW variant. A later variant then mine. Perhaps they stowed a ground tripod on that. My guess would be the Camo netting and support poles.

I removed mine with a cordless Milwaukee multi tool. I used a worn-out blade with no teeth left on it. it was like a puddy knife. Made short work out of it. might need some ear protection but other than that it was like shearing a sheep.

I believe the pintle extension bracket is for when you have the rhino tire carrier on rear air lift bumper.

I must admit they did a good job copying the originals, but they are about the same price as a set of originals with supplemental skin on the outside.
