Kurt, these would work , but two stand offs are screwed into each other to make the right length so you would need two of the more expensive standoffs and two of the ones you posted above.

The TM said 1vac - 1.5vac . But that’s regardless. The speed control has not a DC power LED on.
I think Guy mentioned somewhere that it could take up to 3vac to do anything, but I need to check back with him on that
I should have phrased that better. I meant is there a magnet on the flywheel as well ? Or just the teeth on the flywheel that make the sensor pick up the AC current?

I used two straps and connected one side to the handle bars and the other to the ring turret , then I pulled the straps in an alternate fashion . Working the CLP I have sprayed on the felt into the bearings. I ordered More Clp and will do that same thing after letting it soak again
