Yes, it blew loud and strong for 35 seconds on the bench. I have a video of it, but I was recovering from the Wuhflu and was in my Robe. Maybe I'll still try and post it. Scared the Shit out of my Wife when it went off. LOL. I'm using 3/8" airline to the Horns and 1/4" airlines to my gauge.

Pretty much the same setup except for where I placed the Tank and compressor. Also, my Horns have a 24 Solenoid. One other difference is I plan on tying the eclectic into my regular wimpy horn for actuation. Thanks for sharing!

I'm using Military Truck Air horns. My Tank and Compressor are in place. Not much room, but just enough. Decided to do some insulation as well. Looks pretty clean. I'll send a picture of my Horns next.

While were on this subject I have a question. How do you install Buckle on the existing strap? Only way I can see is to leave the strap attached to the Cover, then remove the stitching at the bottom which doubles the Strap thickness, slide the new Buckle on then re-stich it. There has got to be...

No I have not, but I will revisit your question after I'm done installing the Thermal/sound deadening insulation. IMO the soft-top was louder. The slapping noise at speed drove me crazy. It was a new top and was tight as shit, but that made no difference.

I installed the cooling kit on both my 6.2 & 6.5 NA along with the upgraded Temp Gauge with the Gray Boot Sensor. I feel it made a huge difference in the Summer, but did not think about there is also Winter. In the Winter both Trucks barley got into the Green on the Temp Gauge. Thank the Lord...

I'm with Coug. I have these Doors on my M1045A2. They are the Supplemental Armor Skins that are Riveted on Top of the X-Doors. Defiantly not Bullet proof.

I pulled my insulation, vacuumed, then scrubbed everything with soapy water. Then I rinsed it out with a hose, blew in dry with compressed air and put a fan on it for a day. Came out great! I could see the water line on the Tunnel from deep fording and found the original insulation moldy...

Had my M1045A2 up to 72mph on its trip home from NC to PA. I love that 4 speed!

I bought my M1045A2 in NC with a clean NC Title. Transferred with no issues to a PA Classic Tag.
