I was planing on cutting a bit more of the wall that that... Basicly follow the current shape of the "dog house", band the edge of the cut out and reweld it back into place... Might box...

Underside of the body was sprayed with bed liner and then undercoated... I will hit the firewall and tunnel with insulation tomorrow. Then some wiring I need to do before puting the cab back in place.

Yep... Using DC sprayed on, I usually thin it about 30% when doing jobs like this so it lays flat rather than getting textured as you dont want mud to stick.
Here is the cab, 3rd time psi washed... Gotta go blow it dry and get it coated tonight... Then undercoat... then I can go home...
Here ya go... PSI washed 3 times (nice being able to hang things in the air)... Coated with bedliner, same stuff I used on the Diablo truck build. Stuff is tuff as nails and isnt like undercoating which leaves a lot of sprayed areas exposed. Whatever was missed (wheel and brake area) will get...
