All you need to do is check coils for continuity take coils or body off and check holes the coils open and close for trash and I mean really really small trash
Take pcu apart and clean and check all solenoids.
I have found this is a large problem the solenoids burned out or the tiny holes the air goes through clogged
Have yet to run into a bad pressure switch or transducer
Be careful if you remove transducer from pcu they will snap off when trying to...

Paint base green. Then put top on top pencil mark brown and black onto truck look at other trucks for other markings.

Yes rebuild pump first it's fairly easy and cheap.
Usually when the pumps bad it'll be spraying oil out that vent on top of it and it'll be oily mess up there.
