    I have the block heater that you are talking about. I ended up scrapping that idea because as mentioned, the 3116 does not lend itself well to it. Just use a freeze plug heater. Easy. 5 minutes if no coolant in engine.

    Here is the wiring for the turn signal with horn, lights, washer, etc

    Steyr turn signal stalks will not work for our trucks. I strongly encourage not to open up this switch thinking you will find something to fix. It is a very complex POS.

    I found this pict today and thought I would share the info. I did this some time ago. I believe High II =high beams. Low beams= "lights I. I was trying to figure out a labeling system on the fly, and changed it midstream. Sorry for the confusion.
