I may not have been clear. I want to use HMMWV tires on 16.5 rims. Has anyone managed to put these on a 1028 dually?
Is there actually a truck that uses 16.5 dually wheels?
Has anyone tried to mount hmmwv tires on a dually? Is it possible without doing major changes? Would you need a spacer on the rear tires? I would like to keep it as a dually set up.
How could that work out?
I am not sure. Is this supposed to be a flexible hose in there?
The hardline going down the firewall to the bellhousing in the photo you can see a length of runner hose with clamps. I couldnt see it in the -20p. Is that normal and supposed to be like that?
What you say, Ajax is how i remember how it should be (as i saw it on other MV). Now what could be the cause? I thought the panel lights maybe wired reverse? But since i have a combination connector in the back of the lightswitch that seems unlikely.
What should i look for ?
This is what i used

The green stuff doesn't have that SCA in it , i guess. Thats why its supplemental.
Ill have to get test strips , test thr ph , then add this SCA and live a happy carefree life ever after.
I keep coming across videos and posts from people with blown engines due to pitted liners? Is that an issue with these engines? What could the cause be?
One guy had 3blown engines , I think he said. is it the coolant? I drained mine, and ran with dish detergent and flushed it a million times...
I believe it had a bad connection at the lightbulb, either the bulb itself or the holder. I looked at the Schematics and it looks like the Gen 2 wouldn't charge with the bulb not working (making good contact).
So I checked the lightbulb and it was ok
I cleaned the lightbulb holder with my fiber glass pencil and put grease on it.
I swapped the voltmeter repay for the Gen 2 relay and the voltmeter still worked.
I cleaned the Relay contacts with the fiberglass pencil and put grease on the contacts.

Tom after reading your post, I'll go out there and check if both alternators charge as they are supposed to at the battery.
So here it is:
Gen 1 charges 14,53v at the front battery
Gen 2 charges 12,6xV at the rear battery
I think the Gen 2 voltage regulator is toast. If I measure from the alt...
I know the truck is 24v. But CUCVRus is right the wire didn't make sense and when I cut it out and placed it back exactly nothing happened. Just started like normal
