I've always been able to soak them whole in a coffee can (with lid) submerged in https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/NCB0996 . If whole doesn't work, yeah just disassemble as others have said.
There is a petcock on the lowest radiator edge, behind the coolant tank. That extra T, and the short hose, go there. Its obscured in the photo I provided, but just look at the lowest edge closest to you when below the coolant overflow and you will find it.
The large hose (which comes out the top of the coolant overflow tank) ties into (2) other drain lines... one off the petcock on the radiator, the other off the petcock on the front of the engine block. So three hoses should dump down and out the side of the skid base, when all is said and done...
Will discuss by PM for certain. Though for anyone interested in facts... an 802 muffler Bolts up perfectly on both sides. Hits the coolant side safety shroud, and the roof exit hole no longer lines up perfect... But they do bolt up identically.
If you are needing to update filters, I would strongly suggest swapping out the stock canisters and going with @Ray70's fuel upgrades for the 00X machines. Well worth it for long term owners, and better filtering and EASIER changes!

Unfortunately I only have (2) 802 mufflers, with wrap. I think the primary difference is the side below the exhaust exit... that bracket hole pattern is a little bit different on the 803s (Because it spans the cylinders differently than the 802s). The business side, that mounts to the manifold...

Have you made sure there is no 'trash' in the tank which could be restricting flow? How about the lines from the tank all the way to the injection pump... how do they look? Any crushed, distorted, or otherwise not OK looking?

Is this a new to you machine? Have you seen it run properly before this? Are your batteries topped off? Have you changed out the water seperator and fuel filters, and cleaned the bottoms of the fuel pumps out? Do you have (2) original primary pumps, plus (1) aux pump still in place?
