The 10 amp fuse controls the GEN2 relay that feeds the 24v to the alternator.
Read the GEN2 sticky. I documented the voltage flow thru the GEN1 and GEN2 circuits and all the various things to check.
The glow plugs are in the engine
GP tempature switch. Is on the left rear cylinder head
GP controller card is in a cigarette sized box next to the steering column in the cab
GP relay is on the firewall to the right of the brake cylinder

Where did you get the new circuit board from? Did you compare each circuit to your old one? Just thinking you may not have the correct one.

I know the motors are not the same but they are very close.
Make sure you clean the ground wire located near the parking brake. It has the 6 lug connection on it. Second picture in this thread
