Should work, I’m not familiar with 2.5’s if you have a hard too just attach at front with the J hooks and it fits snug in Chanel in back where top attaches. If you want more pic’s just ask. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Build your own, I built one for my 5 ton, cost was low just took some time to lay it all out. Installed a 2 DIN radio and dome light, also speakers in the corners of the cab.

Mark, I'm still planning to join the Veterans Day Parade on the 11th. Hope to have my HMMWV ready for the Mt Dora event and the March events. I want to locate a tow bar so I can pull it behind my 5 ton.

You are in the right place, if you have not already joined the FLMVPA you might want to check into it, where in Central Fl ? I'm in Jupiter. You might also want to go to ACE Cafe (in Orlando) on the 11th of Nov, there will be a group of us there for the parade and after parade activities. BTW...

So Flush, Chemical or plain water ? Have not flushed my 5 ton yet, just drained and serviced with fresh Antifreeze. Guess I'll just do the drain and service on my HMMWV when it is freed from the EUC prison and in my hands.

Any one tried to mount a coolant filter in their HMMWV ? I search but many find for the 5 tons filters, was wondering if it's possible and if it's worth it.

Great info, thanks guys, I will plan on just changing the filter and ATF in transmission, once I drain out the old ATF I will have a close look at it for any signs of burning and general crud. Engine oil and filter are a given, change to have a base line for future change periods, Cooling...

I give 2 thumbs up, how many times have we all started a project and changed it mid stream or after we finished it and it was not what we had envisioned scrapped it and started over. Jackson stick to your guns, if you don't like it change it.

This is what I was hoping for, stir up the brain trust to get more information, exactly what I was hoping for. Only additives I have put in the engine of my 5 ton is for fuel (Kleen Diesel). Sintorion do you use any additives ? Maybe a different brand ? Looking for info to make the best choice...
