    1966 powwerwagon -orphan?

We had several around here like that, only crew cabs. I really wish I had snagged one, seeing yours done. Thanks for sharing, Glen

Ft. Riley Ks to Oak Grove Mo

Glad nobody got hurt. We have a trailer going to Pleasant Hill Saturday if you want a free ride for your spare that far, just let us know. You could bring your bed down and trade for a tan one if you like, no charge and I will provide the tractor... 8) Glen

    Death of a Multifuel

I am not sure 2500 is conservative, but every truck owner has his own idea of how hard they should run. I feel guilty when mine hit 2200. We have a few heated threads about Multi-fuels and rpm. Each of us has to decide what the pocket book can afford, I guess. At any rate, I would be glad to...

Got my 105 Cover from Glen

The only thing I see wrong with it is...... That Tonka Truck is not in my driveway! That is a sweet looking ride! Thanks again! Glen

BFR Metals, Salina Kansas, a Goodie Hole

I boxed up one 939 series hardtop and am not doing another. It is not worth the hassle, they are too easy to just sell out of the yard. What flat dash plate do you speak of?

BFR Metals, Salina Kansas, a Goodie Hole

We have all four 915s running now, what an awesome truck! They pull our 70 ton baler around like nothing else in the fleet.... maybe not as fast.... Sorry, no parts trucks yet. There was some scuttle about pulling an engine out of one, if that happens, I will definitely PM you Ferro.

939 series switch? We have plenty of those.

    A2 cruising speeds

This thread and all of the high speed thoughts got me to wondering, so I grabbed the handy gps and hit the Interstate. My 68 hits the governor at 2700 according to my tach. 1100 Michelins with 70 pounds of air, 63.2 mph. That's it, flat out, screaming for relief, back to 2,000 rpm for me and my...

    Bone Head Mistake. . .

We have radiators if you have not sourced one yet.

    Working the 915A1 & 923

Wish I qualified for that truck, it is sweet! Thanks for the photos, the 915 is quite a horse, we found it moves our 70 ton baler around easier than any other truck in the fleet. It has become the truck of choice in town or moving trailers around the yard.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Changed out three fuel filters on my 68, they were beyond nasty. I suspect some of the fuel I have been burning out of the salvage trucks is less than good, probably should not be using it at all, but the price is free.....

BFR Metals, Salina Kansas, a Goodie Hole

Come on over, we have a spare bedroom and if you can get along with white German Shepherds and a 19 year old that knows everything... we could always use a story or two from down under. It was a busy day, nice to see the Dave and Dave show arrive, I always enjoy those guys! We have 61,000...

BFR Metals, Salina Kansas, a Goodie Hole

I wish we could come, but Saturdays are the busiest per hour day of the week.

BFR Metals, Salina Kansas, a Goodie Hole

Control box, power steering pulley no problem. Out of hardtops now, I crated one and will not be doing that again. They are not easily packaged, odd sized and somewhat fragile.

BFR Metals, Salina Kansas, a Goodie Hole

This week's arrivals included some medical boxes, rifle racks, eight 813s and two 820s. I think I may finally have a decent hood for Elmo....

    New Guy in Nebraska

Stop by if you find yourself going south on 135. We do not have any 915 parts yet, but the place is still worth a visit. Glen
