Optima Red
I have them in everything except my M1008A1 and it has a new set of Hawkers.
Just installed an Optima Red in a mint 1998 Suburban K1500 I just picked up.
Have Optima Blue in my Airstream.
Optima makes an adapter plate that has the same footprint as the Hawkers and also elevates it...
Post in the parts wanted forum for the crank handle.
One will turn up most likely.

I would stop using it until the fluid and filter are changed.
See if any surprises are at the bottom of the pan and fluid color and smell.
Clearly something is wrong.

Replaced leaking steering stabilizer shock with another ACDelco part. It lasted 8 years.

Mine is used for much more than I ever thought it would be.
I didn’t realize just how handy these are until I bought one.
If I ever find another good deal on one I’m getting it.
Recommend also using Wix filters.
Just like Oils, there is a difference in quality among the brands.
I use Mobil 1 Motor Oil 10-40w and Wix filters on everything I own.
Everyone has their own personal preference.
