I did a reskin on mine in 10ga with .750 c channel ribs to reinforce it. it will never bow no matter whom stands on it. It was a very long process and a ton of work but well worth the results to me in the end.

Thats actually a flow line for the pumps internal bypass but yes it can be blocked. Based on information posted before, mostly by myself and gringeltaube there is more than one version of this pump floating around so the TM specs are not accurate. The only way to be sure is to get the tag...

Ya need to pull the info from the data tab on that pump and make sure it is set up for the right flow and PSI settings... If not changing the vein and ring cost more than buying the right pump does, IF you can find them... Ask me how I know this!!!

RE: Mag To elaborate on what Chuck said you install a 43 inch belt on the truck but can still yank it right off and toss on a stock belt with out pulling the mag off the engiine. Kinda nice if the mag fails (which is REALLY rare)... and again the 24V is unmodified leaving the vehicles primary...
