Only speculation, but on some gasoline kits, an easy way to accomplish this is raising fuel pressure using a boost regulated FPR. Although not a safe route in my opinion vs computer tuning and injector sizing.
Maybe they are raising fuel pressure in relation to boost, thus pushing more fuel...

Only thing I can think of is possibly seeing an engine tag that says the fuel flow is 35/GPH. Now is that what the engine can burn at max RPM, or is that the supplied flow. That I do not know.

Tank was removed. Filled and rinsed probably a dozen times. Then Acid washed(Muriatic). Air/heat dried. Shop vac’d any dust. Then lined, and rolled on garage floor.
Cleaning process took about a week. Liner was done in one evening. Liner left to dry for 2wks.
