    just start by taking it apart one piece at a time,hatch, weapons trays, bearing…may come apart easier than you think. I’ve stopped using any sort of adhesives as it has no advantages I’ve seen except around the roof to bearing.

    Hmmwv’s fit on standard auto hauler trailers, the tires just squeeze by the trailer tire skirts. A basic 2 man stripped M1123 is 5850lbs.

    It depends on how it was installed, I’ve taken apart hundreds of turrets apart, if someone used gobs of body panal adhesive, your gonna be prying crap apart.

    HHMWV Fuel tank leak

    The #1 leak point for fuel tanks when full is the filler neck to tank hose…either loose hose clamp or the rubber is as soft as a wet noodle, only leaks when full or parked on a grade.

    well, you don’t use RTV on transmission pan, the gasket on the 4L80e is reusable, the 3 speed uses a cork gasket, no RTV required.
