PM is 'private message', which under the new software is called "Start Conversation". Move your cursor over their name or their avitar and a box will open that has the option of starting a conversation (among others).
Probably not, BUT, being able to document who brought it into the USA and the paperwork trail will make it much easier for the new owner to get it 'road legal'.
Get the import control people in the US State Dept. the serial number and they should be able to locate the import paperwork. Where it goes from there is anybody's guess.

Ferro has rails! When you are bidding, figure in about $2 a railroad mile to get it shipped where it is going. And, since it will be a part of a unit train, it may take several weeks to move any appreciable distance.

GI way was to install the front end curtain first all the way down and just the top part of the back, then put the top on. Kept water from getting inside while moving.
