Thanks guys. Yes it has the handbrake and the spare tire mount is from the tow vehicle, an Iltis.
My body shop followed the same contruction as the trailer with spot welds and caulk to mount it and we fashioned it so the brake was still accessible.

I called AM General, and after speaking with them, and then doing an IE Search using the Part Number, MS75021-2, I was able to grab a wiring schematic for the female socket/tow vehicle end that corresponds to the trailer plug pin end.

I bought the Military yellow zinc internal/external toothed washers in two sizes for the wiring of my trailer's tailights, and cable ground.
They came from an airplane parts company in texas. I will go through my files later and pull the name & tel # of the company if anyone is interested.
