Wish you were closer to Florida. That would be an awesome project. I build custom Rvs, busses, trucks, etc for a living. You overhead lights are 12 VDC, as is your bathroom fan. Fridge looks to be a 3 way unit, couldn't tell exactly from the short glimpse of it. Good luck and have fun with it!!!
Tin, the wire coming out of the bottom of my steering box had rubbed through and the horn went off at will. Scared the bejeezus out of me in a parking lot one day. Just slathered some liquid electrical tape up on there and haven't had a problem since. And my hearing returned to normal in a few days.
