Read the TM and find out how to do it the correct way...... Parts are missing when that seal was changed I can say that almost 100% sure. And us old farts know what was NOT put back in.
Its very close. A LDT my have a slightly different cam profile. Some have said it is different but the replacement (non factory) is the same as a LDT. The older LDT's do not have piston oil coolers. The newer ones do. A stock LDS will out run a Turned up LDT and a turned up LDS will run away...
one... No you do not have FMTV canvas.... Never has been made in Canvas. Two why is this in the main forum and not the classifieds? and three.... 12 foot bed is LMTV...... I just sayin...
Anything but Pump Diesel can DESTROY the injection pump. Many of them are 20 or more years old and cant handle the Carbon in the oil. If you use a 2 micron filter you may be able to get away with it. but... in a 6.2 I would NEVER go more then 50% whatever to pump fuel.
WOW! You know any brake fluid leak of any kind is a 100% dead line no O X or memo on that truck as the Military goes? #1... you have no idea how to even check it.... #2 a part has FAILED #3 single chamber master cylinder.... IE if one thing fails it all fails. Come on dude!!
I have a bag of laundry..... empty bush light cans.... bag of peanut shells, ammo cans, leaking transfer case seal, slipping clutch, heart burn from Kipps ****ting cooking, o that was last years list.
SLOW! lol its 135-155 HP.... and a top speed of around 55 MPH..... if your just going around close to home go for it... they pull great up to 35 MPH and kinda die off from there. It will pull at 55 MPH but the hills will slow her. Its not a Duramax
I see that you never post or even look at the site... dude... The site was hacked... problem has been fixed.... but seeing its been almost two weeks sense that was sent out and just now your getting to it... I doubt very much you will even get this post or check your emails more then once every...
If you can replace a fuse you can do king pin bushings and springs. EZ... and unless your in 4x4 a u joint will NOT cause a issue like that because it is not spinning.
Really if you have owned so many Trucks you should know how to do this. I just sayin.....
IM OUT! PEACE
I take it you were typing your book while I edited my post. flattened tube is a no go. it will fold over. look how thin that is. I did not add the word brace to me last post. But.... Guess what....? Its not my truck. I dont care. The end.
I am here all week.
Really its a late 40's design. Production started in 1954 I think. Only thing that was changed is the engine. Everything else is the same. (besides a OD gear in the trans and U joints in the front axle)
