Well she’s 95% finished. Still have plumbing to hook up and stencil work to do. Very happy to find new mounts for the tank. Will redo the safety wire correctly on the hard tank mounting brackets. Whomever did it last was horrible at it.

The original style faucets are almost impossible to fine. I’ve had zero luck anyway. Plumbing pics are easy to find. Some of the original parts are not.

    s280 shelter questions

I just laid the plywood down and didn’t attach it to anything. The 3/4” is fairly heavy and stays put extremely well. Doesn't move at all when walked on. I was just in mine this morning and it’s nice and toasty.

    s280 shelter questions

3/4” plywood placed on top will solve the floor issues, unless you want to tear it up and restore it. I did that to mine and not only did it solve the floor issue, the wood provided a warm feel to the shelter. Hard to explain, but once you do it, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.

M149A1 Water Buffalo with A2 Tank.

Paintwork was started a few days ago before the weather became lousy. Good now but no time to work on it. Tongue jack/wheel and wheels were painted flat black. Primer job is almost complete. Fenders will have to be removed when I’m ready to paint tank. All parts ordered are in. Still...

    M1008 acquisition and restore

Looks like a good stock example. Shame it’s not going to stay that way. Good Original trucks are getting harder to find and are worth the most money. Modified ones are a dime a dozen.
