I'm pretty sure it's newer that 1952 just judging by the battery compartment cover. I believe the cover used the "thumb screw" securements instead of the straps up until maybe early 1954?? My "53" has the thumbscrews.:beer:
No I don't and I can tell you that about 12 years ago our own "CAMO" group went through much of what these folks are going through now. I went into this with my eyes open and I still stick by my decision.

I'd like to agree....but under the circumstances I guess the deceased was at fault for the accident whether the Deuce was "legal" or not.
