    Ive replaced my fare share of rear lines, not difficult…you can sit up while in between the rear bumper and rear crossmember, access the “T” through the opening in the crossmembe, not from underneath.

    They can’t deny processing the SF97 with reassignment…those are official Govt forms and are notarized. you got the wrong person unfortunately….very common actually. US Govt vehicles of any sort will come with SF97, could just as easily be a van or car owned by Govt.

    you don’t need a toggle switch, just unplug the 2 pin connector to engage and disengage at the TDM. I don’t see or hear anything out of the ordinary.

    Those tops were for C series civilian builds…that’s why there is no Turret hole. Any auto glass shop can install a window into the rear wall…I’ve done a couple in the shop.

    Drain it, refill it, run it, check it…not a big deal. it’s not uncommon for the cooler loop to fail…you will know when it does. if it does, just abandon the cooler and loop the glycol lines and be done with it. Your truck won’t be operating in Iraq loaded to the hilt, so you have no rear diff...
