Had an idea the other day….
I am planning on building my own 24v battery banks out of individual lithium 300ah cells.
I originally planned to have a 24-12v converter to supply my 12v accessories.
But, my lift bed will use a 12v utility winch. That can pull a lot more amps.
I am wondering...
I did the same thing, but reused the ABS mount (cut it down and treeless it) to hold the access port connector. Picture in next post.
Looks good so far.

BTW, if you register your camera, they send a second camera free. My plan is to have 3 of these. One rear/front, one right rear/front, and one left rear/front.

half of me is thinking of just reinserting those pins and leaving it stock...
Anyone have a Gen2 that is not installed that they could take a few pictures of the back of the actuator for heat? It should be the one that is on the heater lines (others are for dampers).

Just to be clear, the the battery disconnect I used is a manual rotating switch.
Mine is a 1999, rebuilt in 2008. If that helps with the timeline.

That is funny, my A1 does not have an electronic disconnect (by the NATO plug). Or are we talking about something else?
I have a manual switch I added I added.
