Injection pump oil lines - "how to" question

I was out side working on he junker deuce.. I am taking Special orders for the oil lines but the big batch of 40 are long gone. I can make them 2 sets at a time now but the price has gone up 5 bucks (really you have to pay for shipping)

Flushing the brake system on an M-39

I had just seen that in my Deuce.. yellow... and when I added DOT5 it mixed well. I am glad I know its the same now.

    glow plugs

I am betting NO. I do believe that only 22.8% of CUCV owners know how to read and are able to read and understand the TM's. I might be out side that 22.8% rofl

    M813 super single question

umm.... why would different rims change anything? the spacing of the hub flange is what counts. You do NOT have to flip the hubs.. its the owners choice. I like the look of flipped. Who cares if it tracks a little different. It is not like the tires track the same if it has duals.

    glow plugs

right.. the glow plugs are 12 VOLT! The resestor on the Fire wall brings the 24 down to 12V. You can install any 6.2 civy plug you wish. IF you bypass the resistor you need to move the power wire to a 12V source.

Deuce Hours..indicator of use vs mileage?

It is what it is.. not like the military changes oil due to hours... they send in all the oil samples. There was not one truck that got its oil changed int he 2 years I was with my unit. We sure did add a lot lol.

Deuce Hours..indicator of use vs mileage?

I have known that for a very long time. How did you think the hour meter spun? there are no power wires going to the Tach..... Its driven by the Cable.

    glow plugs

the 60's are 12V not 24.. you fried them. You bypassed the resistor that kicks it from 24-12... when you remove that resistor you need to hook the power wire to the first battery....

    multi fuel ltd 465 1c

Depending on what type of lift pump is in there is may not be getting enough full and starving. We have a case of "do it your self-er" at work. It has been modified from stock so good luck.

max HP out of a 465 multi fuel?

ttfiveohranger you need to get caught up on the Forum. All the info you just blabed out has been covered. There is NO Civy conversion for the rod bolts. Your options are $42.50 Each for new stock or have custom ones made. A inter cooler is not all that effective due to the intake being...

    MMmmmm thats purdy

I installed a LDS pump on my deuce way way back in 2004. A LDS pump will run circles around a turned up LDT pump. IF you install a LDS pump on a LDT.. you really made a LDS.

    Commercial DL ?

Really? as the law states Yes. Air over hydro bakes and a GVW of over 26K.... Becuase of it not having Full Air brakes you most of the time will get away with not having one.. but you get one good cop and your busted.
