Here's an interior picture, it's a nice truck. Very rust free. In addition to the two truck loads of crap I removed from the ambulance (including 17 trash bags of aluminum cans), we found this NOS mine detector kit! Very COOL!!!!
So today Jeff and I went to the local surplus place and picked up a M43. I am just cleaning it out and doing some minor work to it before it goes back and gets sold. This one has been sitting there since 1985 and came from the CO NG.

One of the 8 Seal vehicles is stored at NOSC Denver and is controlled by the Denver recruiters. We have picked it up several times and brought it to Cheyenne for events here.
I have seen a lot of fuselage sections cleaned up and painted then mounted on car trailers for kids photo ops at airshows. They usually charge quite a bit.
All the metal dumpsters contents belong to whomever has the scrap metal contract. I had to pick up one of my sailors several years ago from security because he was dumpster diving.
All the above comments are correct. You will probably be able to buy all the equipment (including a small compressor) to do it yourself way cheaper than hiring someone else to do it; and you will have the equipment to keep when done.
