395 tires work well with a 13.00/14.00 x 20 tube. There are flaps that work well with these from the industrial/farm tire dealers. your wheels should be 10-11 inches wide inside to inside. JT

My Hot Rod Deuce runs 600 t0 800 degrees on the flat running 55 MPH. on the hills, depending on the load I'm carrying, it runs from 900 to 1150 degrees, I will not run my engine up to 1200 degrees, I can't afford another one. JT
