To the best of my knowledge, only Marine corps 900 sreies and all Bridge trucks had lockers in the USA. Norway ordered Deuces with lockers a lot of years ago and they were air lockers at all 3 axles with 3 air switches under the dash board, check with Davd Doyle for specifics. JT out
I think the people are all wondering about your motive since the deuce does not come with lockers as standard equipment and you don't have to kill the rear axle for any reason to make sharp turns. As far as who sells lockout hubs for the deuce, I do. JT out
the 9.00x20 tube will flat out not be OK in an 11.00x20 tire, from out on the long road experience. You can use a 10.00x20 tube in an 11.00x20 tire and get away with it. JT
Spin On oil filter adaptors for anti drain back oil filters to reduce the time to oil pressure at start up. No other modification can do as much to save your engine. All the rest is glitz and conveinience. JT out
If you buy AC 13G glow plugs your problems are solved. about $8 each at Napa, so there are cheaper places to get them. They REALLY work. sometimes make the fanbelts squeal on a cold morning, but they start the engine. JT out
I'm late on the answer you were looking for but Here goes: You can run single chains on the out side tires, NO TROUBLE.
You will not be happy with dual tripples (Three railers) they will hit the spring mounts real hard and tear themselves off in a hurry if you are using 11.00x20s. And...
Comdiver makes a perfect tool, his price is very fair and also supplies the holding wrench for the rear nut on the shaft, something a lot of people don't think about, why not support him and get your wrenches before you have a problem and wish you had. he has been a member of Steel Soldiers for...
I have a brand new hydraulic tire constrictor to expand the beads on tubeless tires, with a hand pump like a Porta-Power pump. Made for US military. It does work well on 15R 22.5s, Think it would be good on 14.00R 20s and 395s too. I don't know about 11r 22.5s, I think my cheetah tank is the...
Well, I have a cheesy set of dual wheel adaptors for Chev 8 bolt hubs that are for the LT235/85r 16s that we use. I put them under my 79 Chev K20 to install a flatbed and Pac-Lift to service traffic signals, I had to jump curbs and do real out of level all the time and never had a problem with...
This is an opinion, really. Anyone can do what they want with the black regulator on the inside of the frame rail. They are there to adjust the amount of air required to operate the air-o-matic system according to the conditions that prevail in a particular area of operation. If the owner...
If anyone has any MBU cables and the control box that they can part with I would really like to get a set up. I have a Kitchen tent on my homestead and am setting up as much of an MKT in it as I can. I have an extra kitchen tent too, but without poles if anyone needs it. I am watching for MKTs...
Here is a picture of the first plow truck I did last spring, It completely comes off the truck with 6 pins. No bolts. I can build these any time anyone wants one. It can be powered by belt drive plow pump like Surfdog's, or by 24 volt electric forklift pump like this truck in the picture is...
