    I use Canvac on mine. I also use it on my shelter halves. It's good stuff. I pour some in a cup then pour it from the cup onto the cover. I use a paint brush to spread it out.

    For my M35 I fill the tank to a certain spot on the funnel bracket. I take it for a long run on the highway (say 3 or 4 hours) then refill the tank to that exact same spot. Miles driven divided by the gallons it took to refill. It won't be perfect but it will give you a pretty good idea.

    The closest radial tire size it 215 85R16. The Ford Econolines used this size for quite a while as well as dually pick ups.

    Unless you're going fast or driving through large limbs you should be fine without them. I've never had a problem in my deuce.
