    Basically you can use the transmission for different PTO speeds and put the transfer case in neutral.

    You could get a transfer case PTO and use that to run the hydraulics. That way you could still have a PTO shaft driven winch.

    You would need to buy a PTO and bolt it to the transmission. The place is there to put a PTO on every transmission. YOu just need to buy the PTO and bolt it on. Easy

    This has been covered. the 14.5 x 20 tires are an MPT tire which has a different bead on them. Can you put them on sure it is not the best idea.

    You might have to heat those bolts with a torch to get them out.

    the M932a2 is a cargo bed without a winch truck just incase you missed that. and the M925A2 is a cargo truck with a winch.

    M932A2 is a tractor with a winch. IS that want you are looking for or a M923A2. I know some people get the numbers switched around.

    You would need to get something in writing to verify that you are legally allow to remove them. IF the city doesn't want to do any paperwork then they will sit.

    Drive it. The odds of a GL truck are pretty slim.

    They should be put on GSA auctions for sale by the city. That is the legal way for them to clean up the property. Then you could get a title for the trucks as well. Any thing else is going to be a degree of illegal. Not worth it for 2 old stripped trucks.
