    M939 stuck motor

I think at this point the best course of action is to replace the motor. It's a shame because it has less then 10 hrs on it, if the Hobbs meter is correct. But because of the large chunks of piston skirt in the oil, an in frame rebuild is not the chance I'm willing to take. Having never...

    M939 stuck motor

Drained the oil and found nice chunks of piston skirt, so much for the great deal I paid. What are these Army guys doing that causes this type of damage to so many motors? So I need another motor, big cam 350 or 400 seems the way to go. Is it a direct fit other then the exhaust and intake...

    M939 stuck motor

    Tires for 5 ton

I agree and after doing some research have found that the diameter difference is around an 1 inch depending on the manufacturer. Which might be an issue running on pavement but shouldn't in mud and dirt. Just not sure if there is enough clearance between them.

    Tires for 5 ton

Hello All, Will be taking delivery of my first MV from New Castle on Tuesday. I purchased a M900 dump truck with small tires and would like to pgrade them to larger more aggressive tires. I'm aware of the 16r20, but is it possible to use 24r21 on the rear. Has anyone done this? Will be...
